routine cleaning.

be greatly extended by simple routine professional cleaning. Once
every year is a good rule, but this depends on the number of people
and pets living in the home. It is also a good idea to check
your carpet's warranty requirements.

scheduled cleanings.

is the recommended method in most situations. That is why
most carpet manufacturers recommend it.

you use truck mounted equipment?
Yes,
the heat and power from our mobile cleaning plant are necessary
to provide the best possible cleaning job.
Where
does all the dirt go?
A
recovery tank located inside our truck, to be disposed of in accordance
with all local laws. The only equipment that comes into your
home is a couple of hoses. All of the contaminants are exhausted
outside your home
Should
I vacuum before the carpet cleaner arrives?
Yes,
vacuuming is a good idea if possible. Although our cleaning

spots that regular vacuuming does not address.
What
preparations do I need to make?
Picking
up the small items off the carpet and removing items from end tables
makes for a smoother job.
How
long will it take for the carpets to dry?
Your
fresh, clean carpets should be dry in several hours. Dry times
can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity and
airflow. However, it is not necessary to stay off them while
they are drying.
Are
any chemical used that may hurt children or pets?
No
harsh or dangerous chemicals are used. Only a mild emulsifier is
added to the water which is safe for all pets and kids.
What
is Scotchgard and why do I need it?
Scotchgard
or Teflon is a product that retards soiling and staining. It
acts like a raincoat that covers the carpet fibers to repel spills
and soil. It prevents them from embedding in the fibers, making
it easier to remove them when cleaned. It is a
coating that will wear off over time and should be reapplied as
needed. Depending on the amount of activity in the household,
this will vary. We recommend at least every other time the
carpet is cleaned.
